Seven Healthy Breakfast

How you begin the day often sets the tone for the rest of the day. Start your day with a proper meal and your body will focus on the success and nothing will distract it!

1. Fruit Mix

Mix different fresh or frozen fruits in a bowl in the proportions in your preference, add oatmeal and milk.

2. Delicious protein with carbohydrates

You will need rice, eggs, red cabbage, broccoli, green pepper and soy protein. Hearty and healthy breakfast.

3. Sweet potato muesli

Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, vitamins A and C. In one large potato contains 4 grams of protein, 6 grams of total dietary fiber and 162 calories. Cook sweet potatoes in the oven, mix it with porridge, nuts and fruit, add liquid honey. (By the way, sweet potatoes can be replaced with pumpkin).

4. Vitamin cocktail

Mix and whip with a blender milk, yogurt and a banana. In the resulting cocktail add your favorite fruits. Continental Breakfast for a slim body.

5. Nut biscuits with yogurt

Mix and melt to a liquid: oil, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour this liquid mass of oats, wheat germ, flax seeds, almonds and cranberries (liquid should cover the whole weight). Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Oil a small baking tins and preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cooking time 10-12 minutes. Ready 'nests' fill yogurt and fruit to taste.

6. Healthy barley

Soak overnight barley porridge. In the morning, mix with yogurt and fruit (jam or honey).

7. Wheat porridge

Boil the porridge, you can add a little milk at the end. In warm porridge, add apple, nuts, honey and a little cinnamon. A simple recipe to start a good day!
